Okay so last Friday I had intense abdominal pain and nausea. I went to the doctor and got diagnosed with stomach flu. My nausea drastically went away after that appointment and for the next several days I had moderate to intense abdominal cramping still. Also, no other typical stomach flu symptoms really. Tomorrow will be a week of pain, and I'm still having mild to moderate cramping. I'm having mild nausea and dizziness in the mornings my too. My doctor said it could be an "Atypical presentation" of the stomach flu or pregnancy. I took a test at the doctor and yesterday, both negative. It's probably too early to test, he said. What do you all think?
