Time of Day best for OPKs?

New to testing for ovulation. Is it better to test in the AM or PM? Is a faint line negative?

Yes not until it is as dark or darker is it positive. I did it twice a day once it was getting close to when glow predicted I would ovulate. Am and pm.

I tested twice a day same time each day. One at noon and one at 9pm until I got a positive.

For me it was always about 6 at night or so. Definitely wasn't FMU.

I read that you shouldn't use first mirning urine. So I did mine after work between 4-530.
