Cramps

So I'm around 5 weeks with baby#4 I had a mc in jan/ feb time frame. I remember cramps with my first pregnancy but I don't really remember them with the other two and the mc I lost every early. I'm also having a very tender tummy my kid push on different sports and it kinda hurts... My dr is gonna see me at 8 weeks on 29th. But I am a little worried bc I'm have let myself get extremely excited and happy about this baby and I've already started thinking of names...
