HCG levels 14 dpo twins?!

Got my results today for my 14 dpo blood test and my HCG levels were 366! Progesterone 21.1. I have PCOS and got my bfp after one round of metformin and femara. My doc (who is also my friend) thinks it might be twins! Ah! So crazy...

Mine went from 170 to 9000 to 42000 within three weeks. I see my doctor today for my scan :) he thought it could be twins too. I guess I'll soon find out.

Im in Egypt and my husband doesn't want me to go to a doctor yet.... so I haven't had blood work and wont have an ultrasound for a while...

I just got my digital BFP yesterday and my blood test back today too.. (Not supposed to have AF for another day or two). My HCG was 254 and progesterone was 18.1

The numbers can be different for everyone and each pregnancy can be a little different. I wouldn't get your hopes up based upon a few numbers until you have the ultrasound. I was 10dpo and my numbers where 259 HCG and 19.9 progesterone but they still think it is just 1 baby.
