Do you agree with your SO smoking cigarettes while ttc?

My fiancé is back to smoking cigarettes after being more than a year clean. He knows I’m upset and he said,”this is a personal choice and you can’t do anything about it.” We are trying to conceive and he knows it’s very unhealthy for that and can lower our chances. What should I do?

before my husband and i concieved, we were both smoking cigarettes. im not promoting smoking but you can still concieve. but good luck too you!

No I was the smoker. I understand it’s a personal choice but I wouldn’t be okay with it. My fiancé told me that we wouldn’t TTC until I quit. And hats how I quit cold turkey almost a year ago.

My oldest son’s father smoked prior to and during my pregnancy. I made him do it away from me and gave him an ultimatum. He had to quit before our son was born or baby and I weren’t living with him. He quit cold turkey about a month before I gave birth.

No I didn't agree but I couldn't force him to stop.  I just prayed about it.  And after a while God answered my prayers.  He's 1year and some months cigarette,  weed,  and alcohol free.. By the grace of God

We were both pack a Day smokers when I got pregnant. I recently quit 100% per a “wean off plan” with my dr. I’m 13 weeks. She advised cold turkey could hurt the baby more than weaning off” 
It isn’t healthy. But you can still conceive. 
And not that it makes it right. But my mom smoked her entire pregnancy with me. I was almost 7lbs and healthy when I was born.
