Help!

So I started my patch free week on Sunday and I usually get my periods on Thursday of the patch free week( I’ve been on the patch since November and its always been on Thursday) but I didn’t get mine today! I use the patch PERFECTLY and I really don’t want to be pregnant:( and I’ve been having cramps and pain in what feels like my right ovary. Help
