I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I'm having spotting which has become more pronounced over a few days to where I even need to wear a pad. I called my office to see if I could get in today or tomorrow sooner than my scheduled first appointment on Wednesday. I told them I had some cramping as well but not severe. They told me no they wouldn't see me and even seemed dismissive when I asked if it was normal. All they said was go to the ER if you feel that concerned..I'm not established with an ob yet for my pregnancy, but I've been seeing the nurse practitioner for years there and I love her, she doesn't do baby delivery though. Anyway it felt as though they didn't even care about my concern. Would this make you want to switch practices or is it me just being paranoid because it's my first pregnancy..
