Night time nausea, slight cramping, tender breast, heavy discharge, back pain

I haven’t taken a test yet but I have been feeling this symptoms lately I’m still waiting on my period, has this happened to anyone? This is my first time feeling like this I know some people get morning sickness but I tend to feel nauseous during the day and will puke at night. My discharge has been heavier than usual as well, are these symptoms? Help!
