Tips on starting daycare?

My baby girl (7months) starts daycare on Monday! I’m nervous and anxious! Does anyone have any tips ???

When she comes home the first few days she may seem different to you. Cranky, extra tired or clingy, that’s normal and doesn’t mean anything is wrong. Daycare is just exhausting for a baby, so try not to do any big errands l, just bring her straight home for a nice mellow winding down time with you.
Check her diapers in the hours after bringing her home. Is she producing lots of pee? Some babies don’t drink a lot at daycare and you have to bring it up over and over again to the teachers to push the fluids. 
Expect lots of colds. It’s just reality. One cold after another for a while if they’ve never been around other kids consistently. My son began daycare at 11M and it was like 6 months of constant colds before I think his immune system was finally good. 
Be really positive about it, babies can sense your sadness and stress. When you go in every day tell her how she’s going to have such an amazing day and her friends are all going to be so happy to see her. Keep the drop-offs short so she doesn’t have time to freak out.
