natural sleep aid for children
3 year old has not been sleeping at all at night . will sleep for a hour or two during the day. peds said she's fine but won't recommend anything to help. she gets alot of exercise during the day and barely any sugary stuff. I tried rocking her, patting her butt, warm milk, lettuce bath(we're Mexican don't judge me lol) , lavender bath, lavender oil, IM LOSING MY SHIT being this pregnant and dad far away.
