Did you have L&D issues due to SPD?

Question

I read somewhere that, if you have bad SPD, it may be easier to give birth on all fours, side laying, or even standing.
Can you share your birthing story while having severe SPD?

I would think if you have an epidural the pain you feel wouldn't be an issue.

I didn't it honestly felt better to push. it still hurt really bad to walk & roll over in bed & anything physical for a few weeks
