I’ve been struggling with recurring cystitis for almost 3 years, I had a cystoscopy and dilation in June last year and symptoms are coming back, I’m currently taking sodium bicarbonate tablets every day but they aren’t really helping anymore :(

My docs at hospital believe I have what looks like interstitial cystitis and I have done my research but I just want to know any tips or advice to deal with this seeing as chances are I’m probably going to have this for the rest of my life.

I’ve started a diary to see how I feel every day and what I eat to see if I can see any patterns with food but recently I’ve been in pain every day, some days worse than others, anyone else struggling can you help please?
