going for a long power walk, lasted about 2 hours long & I wasn't puffing out my ass like speed walking it was just a more consistently sped walk than what I had been doing & I was also walking through my Braxton Hicks too! Although I was pissed at my midwife because I just left my 38w appointment with the news that my little boy was not ready to come, he wasn't going to come without either an induction or help and I would go waaaaay over due... well I proved her wrong because that day an hour after my walk my waters started to trickle and my contractions started & I had my son the very next day!! 🕺🏼💃🏻🕺🏼💃🏻 ... I stand by that walk! ✨

If there was, I wouldn’t have gone to 42 weeks. But I will say the day before I spoke with a midwife regarding the upcoming induction (which I was TERRIFIED of) and it put my mind at ease. That next morning I was in labor. And not prodromal, which I also had a lot of.
