I go based off looking at the neck line this is my girl at about 15 weeks  the neck and back of the head are more defined  where I've noticed on most of the boy ultrasound s that it's more neck back there

you can tell by going by this: 
hamburger=girl
turtle=boy 
youll know what im talking about when you see it

this is a random ultrasound, but as you can see in between the legs, it kinda looks like a turtle. thats how im able to tell if its a boy (second pictures). the girl has 3 lines, so it looks like a hamburger (first picture)
