Every now and then, I’ll be somewhere and start feeling really strange. Like just now I am in my living room but I started feeling like it wasn’t my living room. Everything felt and looked different than it should. It felt like I was somewhere else and at a different time but I knew where I was and what time it was. It’s confusing to explain but I get a little bit dizzy and (I know this is really weird sorry) my pubic region gets really warm and tingly. Not in a good way. I know it’s happening when it does and all I can think about is how I want it to end when it happens. It lasts for maybe 20 seconds or so but it just depends. Anyone else experience something similar?
