Ok this is my 3rd pregnancy I’m almost 5 weeks. Before I took a test I had lower back pain headaches and wanted to eat more and 2 days after I took the test it seems like all my symptoms went away just cramping stay plus my boob were never sore. Before I got pregnant this time I am going threw stomach issues with abdominal pains nausea diarrhea bloating appetite loss. I can’t take anymore test cuz I’m pregnant and I was never diagnose with anything cuz she was still trying to find out the cause. Now since I don’t have any symptoms what so ever but cramping I’m worried something is wrong. I feel like I’m stuck. Did this happen to anybody else ? Did you end up having a miscarriage?
