Is this eczema? It burns when I put lotion on

That appears to be a chemical burn. It happens when you use products that’s a bit too harsh for your skin. Try using organic coconut oil on the skin.

It could be but it's really hard to tell in the picture. 
Have you tried taking an allergy medication to see if that helps as it could be allergy related.
Have you placed anything new on your face? 
What do you put on your face everyday (make up, washes, etc)? Do you touch your face a lot?

I have this! The doctor prescribed a medication lotion
Go to the dermatologist and they can prescribe you stuff

It could be acne or chemical burns reacting if your allergic to something. I have acne round my nose which cant go but if you use a special type of scream or gel that’s meant for whatever u got it shouldnt burn

I don't want to freak you out but that looks really similar to the "butterfly rash" that's associated with lupus. You should definitely go to the doctor or dermatologist. Good luck!

Aw hun I’m sorry :( it doesn’t really look bad but wash your face with the cleanser you usually use or gentle soap and use an cube to reduce the redness by holding the cube down for about 15-30 seconds on each spot. It appears your skin got really irritated from some product you may have used or if you were around something that could’ve irritated your skin.
