What would you do if you couldn't conceive?
Just curious if anyone would like to answer.
I was speaking with my husband and this question came up in our conversation. I thought about it for a moment. Maybe I would adopt or just care for all my nieces and nephews. I really wasn't sure but after going to the doctor's and a fertility doctor, it really made me wonder about how I would satisfy myself if I wasn't able to conceive. The more I thought about it, the more I realized what I would want. So, I told my husband, if I couldn't conceive a child, I was going to get a bird. From there, I would build on different types of animals to care for. Eventually, I'd like to get a piece of land and just let them roam. I guess now that I'm texting it on here, it sounds sort of like a farm, lol. I still wouldn't mind it though :)
My reason is because I love animals. I have two amazing dogs and grew up in a home surrounded by different types of animals. They've always brought me a lot of joy, entertainment and most importantly, happiness. I mean, I know it couldn't possibly replace having a child but being happy at all would be better than sulking in a corner.
