How many naps your baby takes and how long are they?

4-5 naps at 20-45mins each time.

Wake up time is usually 7 am, half hour nap at 8:30/9, another half hour nap at 11, 2-3 hour nap at 1pm, half hour nap at 5ish then sleep for 12 hours at 7

3-4 depending on length. Morning and afternoon 1.5-2hrs and evening 30-45 minutes. If it’s crap nap day then he usually needs a 4th to get to bedtime.
