HELP I have a huge hemorrhoid covering my whole butt hole!

Been using Preparation H wipes, cream and suppositories , been having hot baths . It's been a month it gotten worse it's now huge and covering my whole butt hole , I gets shooting pains up my butt , can barley walk or move. My next prenatal appointment not until this Wednesday. I don't know what to do .
