I began a medical abortion yesterday by taking the first pill to stop the pregnancy from continuing. I was supposed to take the other pills today to begin the real process, but an hour ago I had a random gush of blood with small clots and I'm still bleeding with little bits of clots. I was vomiting earlier too. Does this mean I don't have to take the next set of pills? I'm not cramping
