Anyone else have an anterior placenta?

This is our first and I’m kinda disappointed I may not feel baby as soon or as often as other people.

I have an anterior placenta as well. Its definitely a bummer to not feel movements as soon or as strong. Im 21 weeks and am starting to feel very subtle movements... hoping they will get stronger soon.

Yes. I am on my 3rd baby and have had an anterior placenta with all 3. With my first I felt her kick about 22-23 weeks

I have an anterior placenta and have been feeling her since about 18 weeks. And daily now since 20 weeks. But it’s partly fundal so that may be why.

I have an anterior placenta and I started feeling the baby around 17 weeks. It wasn't very often but once I hit 20 weeks I was feeling him every day. It gets stronger every day but it's still hard for my husband to feel him. This is my first and I was nervous I would never feel him. Don't worry too much, you'll feel your baby soon ❤

Anterior placenta with first, and again now. With my first, i hardly ever felt her... ever. Had to go to hospital twice for decreased fetal movement BC I had felt nothing for so long. This time I feel her more. So I guess it depends

I have both anterior and posterior placentas. (I’m having twins) so I’ve been feeling my littler boy for 2 wks and I just started feeling my little girl a couple days ago.

I’m pregnant with my first and have an anterior. I’m 22 weeks and I would say within the last few days I’ve started to feel fairly consistent flutters and “whooshes” haha. They are almost all in my lower stomach. I’m disappointed too but I’m hoping it’ll only get stronger moving forward

I have an anterior placenta with marginal placenta previa. I am thinking my placenta is more to the left than to the right, because I can feel baby when he kicks on the right side. When he's on the left it feels "muted", like someone is kicking/punching a pillow. I can't imagine how hard it would be if there was no placenta there! 😂 I have been feeling him since about 18 weeks or so, and they have increased and decreased since then. some days I feel more than others. I'm 23 weeks now.

Anterior placenta here too and I felt movements as early as 14-15 weeks but not consistently (would feel him some days but not others). My first pregnancy I didn’t feel movement until 22 weeks. I’m now 22 weeks and I’d say this pregnancy since about a week ago I’ve started to feel regular lovely (daily) and they’re much strong. I can tell between movement, kicks and even felt him have the hiccups. My husband also felt him kick a few times last night. I was really disappointed when I found out I had an anterior placenta for that reason too and movements picked up literally a week later, so try not to be too sad you’ll definitely be feeling them soon 😍
