Please help!!? Possible labor or upcoming labor??

Alright guys so I am 38+5 and yesterday I had my membrane sweep being at 1cm dilated. Around 9pm last night I had very intense and constant cramping very low for two hours straight. Everything stopped and I went back to sleep till about 4am this morning. I started my bloody show for an hour or so every time I went to pee and then finally my mucus plug came as well. I’ve been feeling crampy since then and now I feel really nauseous and I have a bad headache!! I know I probably sound crazy but does this mean anything to anyone else??
