Pregnant or not

I had a full period on april 1st to the 5th. Had unprotected sex on the 10th of april. Next period was supposed to b on may 2. Instead i spotted slightly medium. Then no full period. My period was supposed to start on the 28th of may. I spotted for a few days between 2nd to the 4th. Its now june 10th and no period. Only sore breasts, increased appetite , indegestion, severe heartburn and i been peeing a lot. I took pregnancy tests but they came back negative. Whats wrong with me then. Cause i sure dont know. Could u please help me out??
