I've woken up in a hot sweat some nights and other nights went to bed shivering like crazy! Your body is haywire with hormones in that first trimester while it gets used to prepping for baby!

It's been so weird! At first (5 to 6 or maybe 7 weeks) I was like burning up! Now I'm always the coldest one in the room!!!

It was defiantly an odd symptom for me! I remember having to take a hot shower just to get some warmth because my body couldn't warm itself up. I'm now 23 weeks and those days are long gone. I'm always so hot!
