Baby has a lip tie & I have the sorest nipples ever! I am going to try to exclusively pump since the nipple shield has offered no relief what so ever. When I do pump I get 3oz of milk every two hours from each breast and I continue to stay engorged! Is anyone having engorgment issues? Also, baby is drinking 4oz every 2 hrs does that seem about right? Doctor says it is fine but omg that's a lot for his little belly. Hoping I can keep this up and one day try him at the breast again 😔
