pregnancy after a laproscopy

So I had a laproscopy done in October along with a D&c.; I have Endo they removed, a cyst, and my bladder was fused to my uterus. I have been having sharp cramps since about 7. No blood or anything, just feels like a heavy period. would it be worth going to the ER for? I'm 4w6d.
