At 7 months old if she is able sit up by herself the best thing is to get a inflatable tub you place in the bathtub.

My baby’s 7 months old and I just put him in the regular bathtub now 🤷🏻‍♀️ he loves it. He sits up on his own and I lay him down to wash him.

By 7 months I had my son in the actual child tub and not the infant support. By 10 months we were in the regular tub.
We have the “first years” tub from amazon and he did awesome with it. It has two sides too. One where he could lounge a little and one where he would sit up completely.

I just use a little sponge my 7 month old lays/sits on in the bath tub
