Going to hospital 😢

So earlier on today I stoped being able to see out of one eye it just went black, since then my vision has come back but not completely I am still missing a part but it’s been like this for the past few hours and I called 111 (live in the uk) and they have told me I need to go to a and e and I’m scared they are gonna find out I’m pregnant because I don’t want to be told this way (I’m 9DPO) is it detectable in a blood test at that stage??? The person on the phone said they would test to see if I am as that depends what tests they can do on me.
