Im thinking SEX... I suppose I’m suppose to crawl on top of myself and do the deed to get pregnant... 😔🙄🙄 fertile week and not on night of sex.

I would say sex to. Though whenever it seem im the most fertile my SO can't keep it up. Otherwise I would say good nutrition and no bad habits.
