My boobs?! Am i trippin?

Let me start by stating I should be starting my period in about 5 days. We had sex during my fertile window so I guess its possible I'm pregnant but back to the root of my question...

They have been sore for a few days with each day being worse and more sensitive. Mostly the nipple... Normal to happen some times but I feel like my boobs have gotten bigger. Not much but enough I feel I noticed and been on my mind a lot today... Can boobs grow at 23 if a woman isn't prego or any other thought this could happen?

BTW I noticed by looking first then held my boob in my hand and seen my fingers didn't go to the same spot it once did...
