best retail/food service stories

my favorite story is when i worked at a pizza shop we all decided to order Chinese for dinner because we were all sick of our food so we did that then got a little busy so my one manager put her food in one of our brown to go bags, well she didnt realize it had a number or it so when the customer came to get that order they got her Chinese food, they called back like 10 min later and i had to go take out the food they were ment to get and get the other food back 😂😂😂😂 they were nice about it and even tipped me for going out there i told them they didnt need to tip me but he insisted. funny night kinda gross but funny.

Another story is one time this guy came in and ordered shrimp alfredo well he got it super fast but he was pissed that we got it out so quickly because he said he didnt get to eat his salad yet,then he ate most of the pasta came up to the counter suoer pissed and said he wanted a refund because there was no shrimp in the pasta my manager said no because he had already eaten most of it and this made him SOOOOOO mad he demanded we call the owner and then when she said that she wasnt calling him he got a to go box for what was left and then he started to stalk the owner he called the shop and gave the owners address and his moms address it was crazy eventually it stopped but he was nuts
