I've been with my partner for 4 years now, I'm still in school and he has left for an apprenticeship, we used to talk almost on a daily basis when he was in school, but since he left I am lucky enough to talk to him fortnightly. First I thought it was paranoia I would think that he doesn't love me anymore, I put those thoughts off. Now I haven't heard from him since last month to this day, I messager and text him hi every now and then and they get ignored but when I ask if he wants to do anything he says he can't, I even get his friends to come out to if that's the problem. I hear about him making other plans and I'm left in the dark, and to add to all of it apparently he had surgery the other day due to a serious injury at work, I found out through talking to one of his friends, on a group chat. I don't know what to do, it seems like a dead end, I don't know wether to tell him how i feel and hope he reads my text (can't really call due to work, don't even know where or when he works) or to end the relationship and find someone else, I'm confused and stressed
