Honey instead of sugar in cookies?
Have you ever used honey in cookies as the sweetener? Did it change the flavor much? I read to use 1/2 - 2/3 cup honey to replace 1 cup granulated sugar and to reduce other liquids. Since the recipe doesn't call for liquids, should I just add a bit more flour? I'm thinking about making oatmeal cookies with it. Maybe chocolate chip.
