Wrong pregnancy week?

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I’m 3 weeks and 5 days pregnant (based on ovulation dates being 20th February) but this app is showing ‘5 weeks’ I have the correct cycle info in Glow, yet its incorrect. 
Why is this happening :/?

If u conceived 3 weeks 5 days ago you are about 5 weeks 5 days pregnant, as it counts from your period not from conception

Because it goes from the first day of your last period

You would be exactly 4 weeks on March 3rd. It goes from the first day of your last period. Your app is off exactly one week. I think you can just edit it.

How did you get it to say pregnant?

Yeah, I was pregnant for a couple weeks, and told aglow on Jan 19 that I was pregnant. I had ovulated somewhere after the 8th, but the app is saying I ovulated in the 19th... then miscarried the first week of February. I guess it understood that as a period, and moved my ovulation date back, and consequently my pregnancy back too...? I don’t know. This feature is new to me, and I think it might just a be new feature, and it seems a little buggy.
