So, I stopped taking birth control about a year and a half ago and today I got my first period since I stopped. I’m excited because I’m hoping this means I will start ovulating regularly, but my symptoms are awful. What should I expect? I never used to get this exhausted, and I find I have to run to the bathroom every five minutes. (TMI: it’s always diarrhea, and it’s kind of painful). I’m also extremely nauseous and haven’t been able to eat much in the last 24hours.
