pleurisy while pregnant HELP

ok so I have had pleurisy alot last year in winter now I got it again I'm 20 weeks pregnant and it feels unbearable I was in the er yesterday taken by ambulance .... and if any of you know how Sydney hospitals are well they told me to get some rest .... I guess because I refused to have there CT scans and stuff as it has so much radiation I don't want bub exposed to that I know what it is as I've suffered from it before ... anyways enough babbling

my ribs feel broken I can't laugh I can't breath sleeping was just a no no without waking up crying .. what can I do to help myself 😪😢😷🤒
