Annoying Husband

My husband has been getting random mood swings. He literally woke up an hour before he starts work and sat on his phone till the time he has to step out the door then started making noise because he couldn't find his stuff. Then he walked out knowing that I was packing his lunch. He's really starting to annoy the living shit out of me but I'm just avoiding a confrontation because I know I'm going to snap 😡 oh and last night each time I tried to hug him he swung my hand/arm off him and nothing significant happened prior to going to sleep.
