Worried

I woke up this morning with sharp pains that come and go in my lower abdomen. I have no bleeding at all. I called my dr and he asked me a bunch of questions about pressure when I pee, any odor, how long the pains last and said it sounds like the start of a UTI so he called in a prescription for me. Just curious if anybody else has had this happen. I'm a ftm so I'm just a little worried.
