Bio mom!?!

Anyone else have very awkward relationships with their bio mom? When I was little she didn’t want anything to do with me. She always put me off on my grandma (her mom) so my dad got full custody of me and gave her every chance in the world to come visit me or talk to me, but she wasn’t having it. So she called me on my 16th birthday and told me she loved me and I told her idk why she was calling me because my mama (step mom) was inside getting ready for my birthday party. So she asked me why I was doing this to her blah blah blah and I told her I hated her. Well fast forward to my senior year, I was severely depressed went to a mental hospital and everything because I was cutting myself because I felt like our relationship issue was my fault. So when I got out I contacted her we started talking and now it has started going back downhill and that has been 3 years ago that we started talking again. Every time I try to take my daughter over to see her she blows me off or doesn’t answer the phone. I’m really at my whits end with her! Anyone else have this issue or something similar?
