Athena cup
So I am trying to transition and I got the Athena cup but I am a virgin and used pads before and I feel like I am not inserting it properly. On my first trial cycle the cup was inserted and collected the period but when I went to pee some of it got in the cup took but no leaks, on my second try I was leaking and wore a pad underneath it and it was a mess. Any tips? Anyone used the Athena ?
