How do you move on from your ex that you haven't recently broken up with, one that you have had feelings for for a long time? He's my first love and I don't know how to get over him, especially since I haven't had any successful relationships after him and I'm not talking to anyone now. (Also I lost a lot of friends, so I'm very lonely and not in a great place right now) I'm trying to stop checking his social media, but what else can I do?
