How do you clean white gold diamond rings so it shines as it used to ?

My wedding and engagement rings have been through a lot , even tho I have been married only a year and a half . I wear it all the time , while cooking , at the gym , washing dishes . It has lost its  shine , and it obvious when I compare it to my another brand new white gold sapphire ring.

Anyone know the best way of cleaning them ?

White gold jewelry is actually yellow gold with rhodium plating, the plating rubs off so it has to be replated from time to time.

If you're talking about cleaning them buy the stuff the jeweler uses. I bought mine from zales and use the stuff they sell to clean. Also for anyone who bought their rings at zales they come with a lifetime warranty for re dipping. Don't let anyone else touch a zales ring or it will void the warranty

Where did you buy them from? If you have a diamond warranty on the rings the rodium plate dip is usually free but takes about 2 weeks to get them back.(for mine anyways)

White gold is plated with rodium and needs to get it redone every now and then to keep it's luster and white look otherwise will turn yellow color

Not sure about there but I can usually walk into any jewelry place and it mine cleaned for free , however I do get my rings re dipped once a year and it's usually around 60$ at Zales

There's a jewelry cleaner from rite Aid that works amazing. I forget the name of it but it was like 5$. I also use toothpaste. My grandmother also puts all her jewelry in a lingerie bag and puts it in her pool. The chlorine makes it sparkling like new.
