Help please.

Hey ladies. I'm new to this whole 'trying' thing. My first daughter was a complete surprise, and now that I'm 'trying' I just don't feel like I know anything lol. So, according to Glow (and whatever any other websites say) today is my most fertile day. I started taking ovulation tests last week. On Saturday evening, this is the ovulation test result. They have steadily been getting lighter since then (that was my first test.) Soooo, I feel like everything is off. HOWEVER, yesterday & today. I've had a TON of egg white CM, which would go along with me ovulating now. Can someone please help me? I think
