Plexus Slim

I've been taking Plexus Slim for a little over a month now. I have some extra weight that I want to shed before I finally conceive. And with working two full time jobs, my husband and I have a hard time finding time for each other, so plexus seemed like the perfect fit. I was wondering if this is safe to take during pregnancy??? I've seen a few sites say yes and some say no. Has anyone here taken it while pregnant? Any feed back is appreciative.
