4 months regression. Did you baby go through it (or still going)?

If yes, how many weeks is it going on for you?

I know I could easily google this, but what is 4 month regression? I keep hearing the term, but it sounds unpleasant so I’ve been afraid to research it lol.

So my twins are going on 15 weeks old & they have been taking shorter naps & taking forever to fall asleep. It’s like they randomly started fighting sleep to an extreme. Does that sound like sleep regression?😬

Started around 13 weeks and lasted until 15, but that might have just been the beginning. She's back to sleeping through the night and I'm enjoying it while I can

My son is defo going through this did not know it had a name. He naps once during the day then it gets to 7/8pm and becomes so cranky and fights the sleep (even with his eyes closed) then eventually gets to sleep around 9pm and doesn’t wake up till 8am

The regression has hit real hard in this house. Went from sleeping 7 hours at a time to maybeee 2 hours. Lord help us all 😂

My little guy is 4 months old on the 7th and he definitely fights naps through the day. Some days he wake up at 7:30 am and won’t nap until 1 pm or 2 pm and those “naps” are a short 20 minutes or less. It’s been going on for at least 2 weeks. But everyday is a new challenge haha! Worth it all!

I think we’re going through it right now. It has gotten a little better, though. It’s been about 2 weeks. My first son took MONTHS, and lots of sleep training to go back to taking decent naps. He was 5 weeks premature, though, so I’m hoping my fully cooked new baby will come out of it gracefully.
