Going for a Chest X-ray

Hi so I'm going for a chest X-ray tomorrow, I'm wondering do I have to like be nude from the waist up or will a sports bra be okay? And I've got nipple piercings ( stainless steel bars) will they have to come out ? Any help would be appreciated 😊
