Hey! I'm 32 and tierd of waiting for Mr right.. first time using this to post and get involved with everyone on here. So I am doing this on my own 😁 (single mums rule too 😉) and so excited!! It's going to be my first time ordering from a sperm donor for a home insemination and was just wanting a bit of advise. I have been calculating my ovulation and it's very regular! My question is when is the best time to insert the sperm?? Is it on my peak ovulation day or is it 24-36h after?
