Help I need answers

So I don’t want to sound needy or pushy witch it’s going to sound this way and I will probably get judged on this but oh well here it is... so I have been with my boyfriend for almost a year it will be a year on March 10th and we’ve brought up the subject of marriage and kids and all that but he’s not doing anything to show me he really means he wants that but with his recent ex they only been together for a short few months nothing close to a year and he went out and bought her a ring proposed to her and was talking about having kids with her but when it comes to us it’s like he talks about it but won’t move on forward with it... I feel worthless and like I’m never going to settle down and have kids at this rate I’m 26 years old I want kids bad should I stay or go
