Advice please please RESPOND!!!

I want to stop taking birth control I hate the way it makes me feel. I've been on it for three months...i have a week left before the placebo pills and my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex for five mins max on Sunday. Should I finish the pack and then stop? Or should I stop it today? Will me stopping today affect anything? I hate the way it makes me feel my blood pressure goes up and I don't want to be dealing with that stuff
